Our retail sales associates' responsibilities include providing clients with outstanding customer service, suggestive selling, inventory (receiving and stocking), ecommerce, floral assistance, payment processing, etc. As a Southern Willow employee, you will be taught floral and wedding design, home staging and so much more. 

Our Bakers are responsible for baking and decorating fresh cupcakes & cookies each morning as well as deep cleaning our kitchen to the standards of Southern Willow Market and the Department of Agriculture. Experience preferred but not required.
